ABOUT ME

Hello, welcome to my counselling psychotherapy private practice!

My name is Amber and I am a heart-centred therapist and constant student of life, nature, relationship, and holistic humanness. I am a happily partnered, mid-life mom and bonus-mom of four amazing teens and young adults, a spunky elderly dog, a mischievous cat, and an ever-growing number of house and office plants.

My favorite part of therapeutic practice is helping you to create a map of your experience on terms you most connect with (somatically, emotionally, intellectually, relationally and/or interpersonally).

I believe that aliveness is what we’re here to epitomize and become. We seem to feel most alive when we are safely embodied and connected (to ourselves and others).

If you are hurting, healing, grieving, growing, or even just reflecting on your own journey of becoming, feel free to reach out, I’d be honoured to accompany you on even just a small part of your path.
